Alex Gonzalez is the Automotive Vocational Trainer at Tactile Learning, where he imparts his love for cars and extensive expertise to inspire the next generation.
Alex’s automotive journey began with childhood curiosity and hands-on experiences assisting members of his family. After formal training in Australia, including a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology, he gained practice experience in workshops across Brisbane’s north side. His passion lies in fixing and maintaining machines that offer the freedom to explore and push through boundaries.
With eight years of experience as part of the Tactile Learning team, Alex finds immense joy in the impact he has on students. He believes his strengths as a trainer lie in his practical approach and guidance he offers his students to grow and develop their skill set in automotives.
Inspired by Tactile Learning’s teamwork and dedication to equipping youth with essential skills, Alex is motivated to inspire young minds and guide them toward a successful future.
Alex’s transition from the automotive industry to training was driven by the desire to give back to the community. He offers not only technical knowledge but also life advice and mentorship that he strongly believes each and every young person should have access to.
