Hospitality is a diverse industry focusing on customer service. In this course you will learn entry level skills and knowledge about working in the industry and in a variety of hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafes. With practicing your hospitality skills and work experience being core components, you will finish this course with increased confidence and skills.
