Fushia Tongpao works at the intersection of education, industry, and opportunity — helping young people gain real-world skills through accessible, hands-on training.

As Business Development Manager at Tactile Learning, she partners with high schools, local businesses, and trainers to deliver Certificate II and III qualifications in Automotive, Hospitality, Leather Production, and Clothing/Textile Manufacturing.

What drives her most is making the system work better — for schools, for students, and for trainers. She manages new school acquisition, builds strategic employer partnerships, coordinates work placement opportunities, and helps shape schedules and programs that meet both curriculum and community needs.

Alongside that, she is passionate about:

• Streamlining processes that make things easier for everyone involved
• Championing trainer support and workplace wellbeing
• Creating growth opportunities through collaboration, not just compliance
